NDC empowers youth and underserved communities through skilled trades training, mentorship, and job placement. Your donation helps us provide safety gear, expert instruction, certification support, and real-world opportunities that lead to employment and lasting change.
Your $50 donation equips program participant youth with essential tools, enabling them to gain practical experience in the skilled trades.
A $100 donation provides crucial construction materials for hands-on workshops.
Your donation of $250 will sponsor one youth to attend a week-long seasonal camp, immersing them in hands-on skilled trades activities.
A $500 donation will fund a field trip for a group of 20 youth to a union hall or construction site, or support an online skilled trades information session for newcomers: Offering firsthand insight into the trades while providing valuable networking opportunities to help them explore career pathways.
