Welcome to NDC Trades, the Black Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to educating black, immigrant, indigenous youth, and their communities about the vast career opportunities in Skilled Trades.
NDC aims to bridge the information gap by exposing parents and youth to the opportunities in the trades through mentoring, guidance, education and training.
We believe that dreams have the power to shape futures. With our hands-on experience and deep understanding of the challenges faced by underrepresented communities, we are committed to providing comprehensive resources, mentorship, and support to individuals who aspire to pursue fulfilling trade careers.
