Campers step outside their comfort zone and try things they may never have tried before. Through mentorship, hands-on workshops, and exposure to real trades and community careers, youth begin to see what is possible, and to see themselves in it.
P — PLAY
Move. Compete. Connect.
Every day starts and ends with high-energy games and team challenges. Sports, fitness, and active recreation are woven through the whole experience, building teamwork, discipline, and the kind of confidence that carries into every area of a young person's life.
I — INNOVATE
Build. Solve. Create with your hands.
Youth get access to skilled trades workshops, STEM challenges, and robotics programming. They use real tools, work through real problems, and discover that building things, with their hands and their minds, is something they are fully capable of.
C — CREATE
Grow. Make something you are proud of.
Grow food, build green infrastructure, and explore nature science through hands-on labs, developing real skills, cultural pride, and climate literacy all summer long. Every project is grounded, meaningful, and connected to something real.
